All returns and/or refunds must be raised with our support team no more than 28 days after purchase. For custom work; this will be 28 days from the day your product has been finished. Any requests made outside of these time frames will be denied.

We are always happy to offer a refund if you are not happy with one of our products. There are some requirements and limitations as can be seen outlined below in our return and refund policy. Returns & refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
We will make every attempt to fulfil your expectations. If a mutual resolution cannot be made; we will issue a refund.
* We will only accept returns and approve refunds under this circumstance if:
- Any returns and replacement costs required due to a fault on our part will be arranged by and covered by us -
- Any damages caused during transit will result in a replacement being offered before offering a refund if out of stock -
- If you still do not wish to receive a replacement; a refund can be issued -
