Frequently Asked Questions

This is a very subjective question that we get asked all the time. This typically depends on 3 main specifications of a product.

-Size: our current largest product can be made in 24 hours using a single colour

-Number Of Colours Used: each colour = 1 layer. 1 layer takes 24 hours to set.

-Additional Materials Or Customisation Requested: resin can take longer to set with added items.

We aim to have all custom products planned, produced, finished and shipped to you within 2 weeks. This can sometimes be much quicker with smaller products or much longer with more complicated products. We will always keep you in the loop regarding the custom orders process.

Epoxy resin, UV resin, silicone, seashells, stones, crystals, buttons, beads, faux flowers, faux foliage, glitter, pigment powders, alcohol inks, sequins, polymer and stickers (I think that's everything).

In future we are looking to also include some products made from wood. These will hopefully include Cute 'N' Creepy designs that have been implemented using pryrography and maybe even laser based technologies........ Ooooo Fancy.

United Kingdom* Only - for now

For the time being we are only shipping to the UK. This is so we can get a feel for demand and supply. However, if you are overseas from us and are interested in our products please get in touch via the contact us page and let us know that you think our products would be of interest in your country of residence. 

-If you are overseas and want to make a large order, we may also be able to accommodate this.-

 *Some restrictions apply when shipping to Northern Ireland 

For a small extra cost we can gift wrap your item and include a personalised message. 

Our gift wrap option will include coloured wrapping paper (none of that boring brown parcel wrap), a gift tag that includes your personal message and a bow. 

This will then be packed in an outer box for added protection.

• Food; this will perish over time and leave your creation with gone off food encased in resin.
• Liquid; this will hinder the setting process for the resin and may not set at all.
• Biofluids Or Remains; this is something we are looking into but cannot offer at this time.
• Plants/Fresh Flowers; unless dried these will deteriorate and change colour of the resin.
• Items For Future Use; there is no way of reclaiming the item. Set resin is permanent.
• Small Animal Specimens; Deterioration/Legal/humane/personal reasons.
